How the Judging is Done
A panel of ProQuest judges will review the Podcasts and select finalists for each category based on the following criteria:
- Originality
Be creative! Did you capture the viewers' interest? What is the entertainment value?
- Content
Is the treatment of the subject matter accurate, relevant and meaningful? Was the purpose clearly stated and research inclusive of authoritative materials?
- Effectiveness
How clearly did you communicate the information? Is there a logical flow and organization? Does the delivery enhance the message?
- Production Quality
Are the sound, editing, and special effects purposeful and free of defects? Do you show an effective use of technology?
Podcasts submitted with copyrighted materials will be disqualified.
Finalists will be displayed on proquestk12.com beginning April 21. First, Second, and Third Place winners will be selected from finalists in each category. The contest winners will be announced on this page on April 25.
