United Nations Day: Government Comparison
October 24 is United Nations Day. The United Nations is an international organization devoted to maintaining international peace and security.
Explain to students that the United Nations is an intergovernmental organization, but the governments of countries within the United Nations take on many different forms.
Grades 9-12 Learning Activity
